About Elise

With a background of a professional Dancer in France , Elise has always been passionate about movement ,anatomy and wellness. Driven by her desire to encourage people to move in a safe ,fun and challenging workout adapted to “every body”, she has completed her certification in Pilates Mat and Pilates equipment after she moved to Australia in 2009, then completed her certificate in Barre and TRX and more recently in MUNZ FLOOR® .

   She is always extending her knowledge and has interest in how breathing and fascia work can be beneficial for the human body. She loves seeing how movement can help all individuals to feel better both physically and mentally. Tailoring classes to specific needs, guiding clients with attention to details who often makes a big difference is her priority.

WHAT IS MUNZ FLOOR® ?

A gentle, floor-based practice to release tension, rehydrate the spine, and improve posture. 

Created by French former ballet dancer Alexandre Munz, it uses slow spiral movements to nourish fascia and activate deep muscles, helping relieve and prevent back pain.

WHAT IS PILATES ?

Mat Pilates is a low-impact , bodyweight-based exercise method that focuses on strengthening the core ( "Powerhouse") ,improving flexibility and increasing body awareness .

This discipline was developed by Joseph Pilates and focuses on precise movement, breath, contrology and core engagement .

It enhances the posture and mobility while reducing injury risks .

A full body workout who focuses on bio-mechanics movements to restore natural spinal curvature and improve join stability ,making it effective for everyone .
